Mark Watson was born a Delco native, and grew up to be an intricate part of the Philadelphia jam music scene. He was a beloved son and brother among the Watson family, and a true soul brother to many near and far. Known commonly as a talented and passionate drummer, his upbeat personality was truly shown as the lord of the dance floor, master of 90's pop music vocals, a quick deliverer of jokes, an inquisitive conversationalist, a man with a massive heart, and an unbelievable friend. On Wednesday 4/6/17, his life on this earth was cut too short - but his legacy lives on in our hearts and the Philadelphia music scene in which he played a significant role.

On the evening of June 4th we will gather together to celebrate the life of one Mr. Mark Watson. The Ardmore Music Hall will be hosting line-up of performers compiled of by various local musicians to honor Mark in the language he loved most: music.
