John Francis
John Francis is now wrapping up his third LP entitled ‘Maria, I Would Dance With You but My Hands Are On Fire’. The single, “Miracle” released in Europe, received widespread radio play, poising John Francis for his much anticipated forthcoming LP.
Produced in Nashville by Grammy Award winning producer, and original Wilco / Uncle Tupelo drummer, Ken Coomer. The forthcoming album features JF’s band ‘The Midnight Choir’: Kenny Vaughan (Lucinda Williams, Ray Lamontagne), Dave Roe (Johnny Cash, Dwight Yoakom), and Ken Coomer.

JF is the recipient of two national songwriting awards from the American Society of Composers, and he has performed upon invitation for the United Nations summit toward eradicating poverty, and he has toured extensively in the US and Europe, to sold-out listening rooms, music clubs, and theatres; has performed with Loretta Lynn, Kris Kristofferson, George Jones, Mavis Staples, Rufus Wainright, Wilco, Suzanne Vega, Amos Lee, Ray Lamontagne, Sturgill Simpson, Josh Ritter, Rickie Lee Jones, Steve Earle, Indigo Girls, Sinead O’Connor, etc.
