The Underground Thieves
The Underground Thieves
Come join The Underground Thieves for a very special holiday show as they record a bonafide LIVE ALBUM at The Ardmore Music Hall, Sunday Dec 23rd! Featuring members of Silvertide, Pepper’s Ghost, and more, this show promises to be an unforgettable night of song and sound. VIP packages are available.

The Underground Thieves is a music collective with its heart and soul deeply rooted in the Southern California desert, led by guitarist / songwriter / producer Nick Perri.

Collaborators thus far have included Perri’s former Silvertide bandmates, singer Walt Lafty and bassist Brian Weaver, indie-rockers Anthony and Michael Montesano (Pepper’s Ghost), blues keyboardist Justin DiFebbo (K-Floor), soulful vocalist Hannah Gernand, Mount Holly drummer John Bach, Los Angeles piano legend Brother Sal, and singer-phenomenon Jimmy Gnecco (Ours), among other amazing talents.

The result is a swirling dustup of bluesy rock-and-roll, and roots-inspired Americana.

In addition to touring in the US and abroad, the band’s first year has featured a bold rollout of its music, with a new song, or “chapter” being unveiled each month. Perri has also teased that many well known and exciting up-and-coming talents will make appearances both on record and on-stage in future shows.

Jimmy Gnecco (of OURS)
Jimmy Gnecco is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and front man for the band OURS. He was signed to Dreamworks in 1997 and OURS' first record 'Distorted Lullabies' was released in 2001 and produced by Steve Lillywhite and Gnecco. Their follow-up record 'Precious' was produced by Ethan Johns and was released in 2002. For their third record they would sign with Rick Rubin's label American Records. Gnecco teamed up with the production genius of Rick Rubin for 2008’s release ‘Mercy’ (Columbia/American). In 2010, Gnecco released his highly anticipated self-produced first solo acoustic effort, ‘The Heart’ and followed it in 2011 with the release of ‘The Heart: X Edition’ in which Gnecco built upon the intimacy of his solo album with a lush full band version of the record. OURS finds new ways of creating modern masterpieces by following up ‘Mercy’ with a re-inspired and resurgent self-produced release ‘Ballet the Boxer 1' in 2013. The new album builds upon the moody, soulful and epic sound captured on ‘Mercy,' but with a greater sense of urgency that transcends the music’s emotional pitch. In the spring of 2014, Gnecco completed 10 tour dates in support of Lana Del Rey. He is currently working on his second solo record.

Ours and Gnecco have received worldwide acclaim from critics and fans for their live shows and for Gnecco's dynamic voice and songwriting style, and both have developed a cult-like following that continues to grow.
